But as I get to know you

Gloomy NightsThe night sky darkens
As the cold air settles in

The rain starts to fall
As a cold wind runs through the air

I look out my window
As the tears run down my face

I curl up in my bed
And feel the warmth of the blanket

The tears are now coming as swift as a rapid
Fast and nonstop

Lightning sounds
And a shiver runs down my spine

A flash of you is pictured in my mind
I miss your kiss and the warmth of your hug

I don't know how long it will be until I see you again
but I hope that it won't be to long

These dark and gloomy nights are going to tear me apart
A RoseA rose is a presses gift to give anyone
And to give the one you Love a red rose is so sweet
It symbolizes more than just Love
But he bound between the two
What is Love?How are we to understand Love?
Will anyone give you an explanation of Love that all will except?

When you take a kiss, dose it send shivers down your spine?
When you are hugged, is there a smile on your face?
When you are walking hand in hand, are your fingers locked tight?

How does this all translate?
What does it all mean?
Is it Love?
Or is it something else?

Does your heart race, when you are walking side by side?
Is your breath a little weaker, when you see their face?
Do you find yourself daydreaming, of what will be?
Can you close your eyes, and picture their face?

Is it Love, or is it something else we can't explain?
Thinking of what you saidLetting my thoughts roam is worrying me
All I can ever think about is what you said
Letting that thought fester in my mind
Is killing me slowly
The only way to stop this
Is to find out that it is not so
